SHIPPING, REFUND & RETURN POLICIES

SHIPPING & PAYMENTS:

We usually dispatch all the products within 2 days, after the order has been placed and accepted by us.

DELIVERY TIME: 

Delivery time may vary based on the location & the service provided by our logistics partner. Though, we endeavour to deliver orders within 5 – 7 business days(excludes Public Holidays).

DELIVERY CHARGES:

Delivery charges are based on the order value you place on our website & there are no additional or hidden charges. The total amount that you pay is for the individual or the set of items as per the instructions on the products listed.

PAYMENT METHOD:

Only online transactions are accepted ( like Internet banking, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Debit cards & IMPS ).

REFUND POLICY:

  • Our refund and returns policy lasts only 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any usage will not be acceptable and refund & return policy solely depends upon our final discrimination.
  • Several types of Products & goods are exempt from being returned. Non-Perishable goods such as Miniatures, Home appliances, Clothes, Jewellery, Stationary, Toys, Return gifts cannot be returned, as well as Perishable goods like foods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are opened, used, missing parts and damaged. 
  • In case of any returns we need an open video of the product and after further investigation the return process are initiated.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of bill that issued at the time of purchase. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an communication email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed under certain conditions as already mentioned, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

IMPORTANT ON SALE ITEMS:

Only regular priced items may be refunded at the sole discretion. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In that case please send us an email at nandhanamofficial@gmail.com.

SHIPPING RETURNS: 

To return your product, you should first email us and then if approved you will be addressed with delivery location to send the products. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
